The nominees for the 2004 Live365 Awards have been announced. And(Fanfare...),cj's radio olio is one of the Nominees for Best Freeform Station!

Stations were nominated by the Live365 Community of Broadcasters for the various awards. The voting by Broadcasters & VIP Listeners of Live365 has begun (those eligible to vote,the ballot page is Winners will be announced May1,2004 at an Awards Banquet during the Live365 Broadcasters Convention.

The reason VIP Members & Live365 Broadcasters Only are allowed to vote is that a person Could sign up as a Free Listener under numerous names & "Stuff the Ballot Box". Having to Pay for a VIP Membership or Broadcast Fees discourages this behavior. Hopefully by next year,a system will be in place so that ALL Listeners can participate.
